This is the perfect family home with 3 floors of living space. Friends as well will enjoy each bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. A large living room and spacious eat in kitchen with large island leads out to the rear deck with picnic table. Your dog is more than welcomed!! Enjoy the covered front porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The 3rd floor sleeping area offers a queen bed, bunk bed (2 twins), a reading area and en suite bathroom with shower. Conveniently located are the Washer and Dryer on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor. Enjoy the many restaurants, shopping, ice cream, candy store and of course are beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach. On a clear evening, the sunsets are magical! Enjoy the Concerts in the Park. Bring your beach chairs, blankets and some goodies and your good to go! You can also enjoy the music from your front porch! Concerts every Saturday during the Summer. Walk to the Children's park a 1/2 block away. Cape Charles is poised for day trips across the majestic Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Busch Gardens or North to Chincoteague to visit the wild ponies and spend an afternoon on the Atlantic Ocean. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with a starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent to help you settle in comfortably.
House Rules
By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules. A few housekeeping things before you head out. Linens do not need to be removed and can be left on the bed. Any towels that were used can be left in the bathtub/shower. Please throw away any garbage in blue bins. aplace any dishes that were used in the dishwasher, pods are provided under the sink for your convenience. 😊 When leaving, please lock the windows & doors and make sure the deadbolt engages.
