If available this property may rent weekly during the Summer months, Saturday to Saturday. If you have dates in mind, please do not hesitate to give us a call or email. We may consider adjustments. two night rentals are acceptable during the shoulder and off seasons.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with a starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent to help you settle in comfortably.

Location
Kiptopeke State Park with a great beach, fishing pier, boat ramps and nature trails is only a few hundred yards away and near the Eastern Shore of Virginia National Wildlife Refuge which also has trails and bird watching.
The Town of Cape Charles is only about 10 minutes away. A walk down Mason Avenue (6 blocks long) presents numerous shops and eateries as well as bakeries, ice cream shop, candy store and beauty shops. Moonrise Jewelry is a nationally recognized jewelry boutique with jewelry made on site.
Our town faces west across the Chesapeake Bay and we are noted for our magnificent sunsets that rival those in Key West.
Only 1.5 hours north is Chincoteague and the Assateague National Seashore where wild ponies (Misty of Chincoteague) roam. Assateague has an Atlantic Ocean beach.
If you want to spend a day or two with day trips, the Virginia Beach ocean front is a little over 1 hour away with loads of shops and nightlife. Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are 80 miles and the Virginia Aquarium is about 70 minutes away.
